I wanted to take a moment to thank Karen
and the staff at Luna Stone for their superior customer
service. I contacted
Luna Stone about doing some granite work for us at Filters
Fast. Instead of taking on the small job, they taught my
service tech how to drill the hole we needed done…so instead
of taking the work from here on out, they taught my service
tech how to do it himself so that we wouldn’t need
to subcontract out anymore.
Additionally, they were able to sell
us the drill bit that we need to do the work properly. Companies
that are willing to go the extra mile don’t often exist
anymore. I was shocked and amazed at how wonderful Karen and
her staff were and how willing they were to teach. I couldn’t
recommend a better company…not only for products and
services, but for integrity and honesty that is all too often
lacking in business these days. Keep up the good work Luna

Thank you for keeping in touch! We have
been so busy since we last saw you. Visiting the large
distributors was a dead end. They had very few broken pieces
to choose from. So, we had to visit fabricators to find the Creme Bordeaux that we fell in love
with at Luna Stone. After quite a bit of
searching, we did find a piece that worked out, up here in
Mooresville! James and I really wanted to
work with Luna Stone on our project, but unfortunately, it
didn't work out this time. Eventually, we will do kitchen counter tops and we will certainly check back
with you for those.

As we commenced to beautify our kitchen one element
of it was at fault, the kitchen countertops. After arduous
searching in charlotte, Mooresville and the surrounding cities
